I only bought these because the Tums were out of stock, but these ones also seem to do their job just fine, although I'm not particularly fond of the strong fruity flavor that makes it feel like you are chewing super sweet candy. The ingredients seem to be OK too, but they have less calcium carbonate than the Tums, and therefore you need to use more tablets at the same time. The price is also pretty high for the size of the bottle and the amount of tablets.
