However, I was taking 4 drops 4 times a day in a glass of water. Then I read the bottle more closely and it said to put 4 drops in another dropper with spring water and take 4 drops from that 4 times a day. So I stopped taking it and am waiting for the 2nd dropper to arrive.

I don't know what I would do without it! It was hard for mt to believe it at first but, after trying it for just few days I could notice a difference in how I felt, I highly recommend flower essences. They are natural and they work!!!
