I love this cream! I've been using it for a month now and can surely say that it's very good quality and I will recommend it to anyone who needs an everyday rash protection cream. I've bought the big size and it's comfortable to use with one hand though when there be little left to use I think I'll need a spoon. In ingredients it has 13% of zinc oxide which is more than in Mustela (my previous diaper rash cream) and it also makes Desitin's texture thicker. Desitin is also cheaper (especially the big one) than Mustela. And I think the big tube will last for 4-6 months ( considering how often you change diapers and how old is your child). The only downside is the packaging. It came with no protective membrane. As a baby stuff I think it should be packed well . But as the quality is excellent, I can live with that. Excellent quality product, it is still thick and creamy when I used it for my kids, when they wear still wearing diapers. We are still using it for unexpected rashes. The ingredients are still the same as they were 19 years ago. Great package and size is great. A little amount goes a long way.

Awesome size, so much more worth to get it here than anywhere else. We use it since birth on my babies, doesn't cause any issues at all, great quality. We also use the maximum strength ones when they get diarrhoea and it really helps protect their bums, awesome ingredient used.

Where we live abroad, we hate all of the diaper creams and specifically stock up on this large Desitin given the size and great quality. Desitin is what my mom used for me as a baby and you can't go wrong with it. It instantly helps existing diaper rash but also provides great preventative protection. We bought it in the smaller portable sizes for diaper bags as well.

It suits my baby very well, i put it daily as per instructions, he never got diaper rash However when i stope it for long time, my kid got diarrhea and rash come back again This work very well when the rash is simple on him, when it sever no it is not enough If my comments is helpful, like it please
