This one is a bit of a mystery so far, as we haven't managed to get my young son to swallow the capsule, and due to the strong odour and taste he is reluctant to take this. I will try to empty the capsule and mix it with some honey to have him ingest it. There is slight concern with lead levels being mentioned on the packaging of this supplement as being high for the region where it is sourced. Time will tell if the benefits outweigh any possible risk here
