I was a bit skeptical to buy this protein shake after it not having so many reviews but I’m glad I bought it as I really like the taste. I add it to my overnight oats as well. Delicious! Also it doesn’t have a lot of sugar which most of the protein shakes do.

I am so glad I gave this shake a chance. Taste wise it’s not extremely delicious, but it’s good, you can make it even better adding a cup of berries, and unsweetened almond milk . I would say it holds me up for around three hours and a half.
