Value for money package size. It is so cheap! I just put it in a bottle for daily use. The rest of it I store in the freezer. Guess it'll last longer. I use it for my spaghetti, beef lasasgne and grilled chicken. I use it together with garlic powder too. Adds a very nice flavour to the dishes.
Very finely ground onion, great as a seasoning. I love to add this to all of my stir fry dish (veggie/meat). It is an incredibly useful ingredient in the kitchen. I also sprinkle it into soups/stews, salad dressings and sometimes I use it as a base for rubs and marinades as well. Great deal. It is much cheaper to buy it in bulk, and you aren’t compromising the quality either. The only catch is (which is true of smaller sized packs of onion powder as well) is that since onion powder tends to clump up together, it is important to store them in a dry and cool place , and it can be harder to keep the moisture out with a big bag. I use it for pretty much everything - fries, popcorn, salad dressings, soups etc.
I bought it from reviews. I don't like grating onions into cutlets. And this onion powder is just salvation. Wonderful aroma, wonderful taste. my eyes don't water. The onions are actually organic and USA grown. I checked their website. The ingredients are pure; quality is top notch from Frontier. The taste is fresh. We use it increase the flavour in our fish and stir-fries in order to use less sodium. The package is huge. It works out so cheap compared to other organic products. It is worth buying bulk.
The quality of this value pack is just as good as the ones that they sell in bottles (I was a bit skeptical before buying) and as soon as you open up the bag, you can smell the strong aroma of the onion powder. I will definitely recommend this if you need to bulk buy onion powder.
