Excellent vitamin, very useful! I will order more! The packaging is good!
I bought a lot of this for my wife during her prenatal. Yet my son is born autistic. I spent the last 6 years since then trying to help him and to figure out what happened. Today I saw a review in the internet: "uses undesignated synthetic vitamins fed to yeast plus a broth to reach levels of different vitamins and minerals. I think this process is deceiving to the customer and there is no evidence that there is an advantage in regards to digestion, metabolism, and utilization." (from the Healthbeat) I rechecked the labelling and realized indeed they never mention the actual form of vitamin/minerals, only the generic/standard terminology. To say I'm outraged is an understatement. I spend exorbitant money thinking I'm getting good quality supplement for my wife and child only to find out what I was been sold to is essentially undesignated synthetic vitamins!
Editing after taking for a week - Good quality and natural prenatal. This is tasteless and easy to swallow. Ingredients wise, this is RAW (meaning no fillers, artificial flavours, additives,etc), all food-derived, gluten free and has the right balance of nutrients that I’m looking for! Been searching for good prenatal supplements that have the right amount of folate (not synthetic folic acid which is difficult to absorb by our bodies) and other vitamins and minerals. Size of capsules are not small but I don’t hv issue swallowing them. At first was hesitant having to take 3 times a day but not a concern anymore. Note: I sometimes take 2 at a time when I forget and don’t see any issue.
I was recommended by a friend to use these prenatals and I’ll 100% happy! Capsules are easy to take and the active ingredient list is very impressive. So far all my tests are good, pregnancy is smooth and I do give some of the credit to these very vitamins

Packaging and size is also perfect. I take 2-3 pills daily throughout the day for best effect. I have started a plant-based diet and I hope we can conceive soon.
I purchased 2 big bottles of these for my daughter, who was taking a once daily prenatal vitamin that always made her nauseous, many times even when taken in the middle of a meal. She is in her third trimester. I asked her to take her first one of these on an empty stomach, just to prove that this product would not do that to her. I had confidence in this product, because I heard the CEO of Garden of Life talk about his products. It does not upset her stomach!

These have everything my growing baby needs, minus a few ingredients that shouldn’t be taken at the same time. The pill size is easy to swallow, so taking it three times daily is no problem. I appreciate the glass bottle packaging. It seems very potent. The only mild negative is the taste, which is normal for many multivitamins I have tried. Highly recommend!
Each prenatal I took I threw up. They were gross and horrible. The quality of everything from this brand and it being sourced from actual whole organic foods is a game changer. I didn’t throw these up once and finally was able to get my energy back because I needed the vitamins in my pregnancy. The ingredients are all organic. I use 2-3 pills daily. It’s super potent. I recommend as a hack for people who are struggling to take prenatal sin their pregnancy… I open the pills and put in a fruit smoothie each morning and I also add flax seed crushed and some chia and hemp seeds and after 3 days of having a smoothie daily my energy levels and state of happiness totally changed in the 4th month. It’s a must.
Sometimes you find a product that just works. I used these prenatal vitamins during my last pregnancy, and returned to them during this one. At my 20 week ultrasound, I was blessed to find out that my child is perfectly healthy, and I do attribute much of that to taking the proper vitamins. These have been tried and true for years, and I trust this brand. I love that the bottles feel the same now as they did 9 years ago. The pills are the same, and they remain easy to swallow and possess no unpleasant odors or flavors. Don’t change what works.
Started using this and the Raw B-complex together to increase my vitamin intake for better health as prescribed by my OBGYN. I then noticed after a year taking it, that after 15 years of irregular periods and only having the pill prescribed to me for so long, that my body is now regulated and works like clock work. I only wish that before doctors rush to prescribe the pill that has so many negative effects, look at natural alternatives for better health. Lesson learnt!
