I got onto this brand for their flu pill which is no longer avail so I’ve tried cold crush. They do seem to work. When we were away with other families and all the kids got sick, I gave these to my kids and they did recover quite a bit faster and less severe (they did not develop the cough that the others got) so it seemed to not let it go into their chest as deep as the other kids. U do have to take it as soon as u experience the first symptom tho to be effective.

I have a few bottles of this on hand to use when I feel the first tickle of a cold. It reduces the severity and the length of the illness. And it is actually something I can get my kids and husband to use.

This is my go-to cold remedy. I always have it in the house. I take the recommended dose at the first sign of a sniffle and have no worries after. Easy to take/chew and the taste isn't bad.

The chewable tablets are easy to chew. They take the edge off if you are feeling your are coming down with a cold or just bad allergies.

my 11 year old daughter loves this... she wakes up with a cold in the morning... she used to suffer through it but after drinking this, she feels better... also its so delicious like candy that sometimes she eats it even if she doesn't need them.... always finds an excuse to eat it... hahah

When I felt like I am having cold I took this with high dose of vitamin C and helps immensely
