I like this eye pencil, its bright colour and soft texture. It doesn't cause irritation of my sensitive eyes. It has no scent. I can't agree that its 100% waterproof because it a little bit smudges by the end of the day, but less than others do. I use it for my everyday makeup. And sometimes have to check it in the evening.
