My naturopath makes me an ammonia clearing mix with arginine/ornithine, citrulline and calcium d glucarate. I take it before bed and it helps me fall asleep, and I believe it helps clear ammonia from my brain from Lyme and coinfections, helping me feel clearer she wasn’t able to make me a new mix so I made my own using this product with a few others. So far so good
The quality is good. Just know that this isn’t pure Ornithine. If you’re susceptible to herpes breakout, think twice before getting it. Simply using lysine might not be enough. Having said, I used to get cold sores eating high arginine foods. But this L-Arginine powder was okay for me. I only take small dose though. Taste is fine. Not terrible.

White powder with not very good taste. It is a little bit sweet at first. I didn’t like that it doesn’t come with a measuring spoon. So you need to take the right amount by yourself.
