Yes I think I felt that I was stronger at my high areas (I mean nose) when not being infected or getting a cold on winter or sneezing. Sometimes even I felt a subtle fresh on my nose. However it's not very sustainable keeping in mind that it's not cheap so I prefer cheaper alternatives as common vitC+zinc+echinacea+etc...
