Multi tasking product. Itself on empty stomach it aids in clearing the blood and supple it with oxygen, reduce inflammation (assist in headache, blood circulation etc) but after meal (not directly after) it aids in digestion/ residual digestive support to speed things up. Most bromelain supplements are in capsules, which tend to break down in stomach to irritate or make one to get very hungry quite fast (imagine to take on empty stomach). But this coated tablets do pass by acidic stomach environment intact to reach the intestines. Gentle on my gastric lining inflammation and recently recovering stomach yet very effective.
I was looking for bromelain for a specific purpose and this was exactly what I needed because of the enteric coating. The only negative is that I wish it didn't have calcium in it as I don't need a calcium supplement, but there may be a reason Life Extension has added it to this.
It helps a lot against allergies and against Covid . Reduces histamines in the body. Relieves symptoms of shortness of breath. Gives a great boost to the immune system. I had some pain on the joints of the shoulder , i noticed it helped a lot. Noticed also it helped my digestion.

İ do buy both life extension and now brands. 500 mg dosage is good enough as a daily for me. So this bottle goes for 2 months for me.

Quite large in size but high quality ingredients so I do not mind. Taking with serrapeptase for joint pain as I notice when I eat pineapple it helps, upon research I found out why! Would recommend
I got these to actually help with my sinus infection/ allergies. It appears to work on the congestion/inflammation. I don’t seem to need over the counter meds as often for my allergies!
I take Bromelain on a regular basis to help my joints, and since it is derived from natural sources such as Pineapple, it helps the digestive track too. I'm very glad that this product is available as it is difficult to find enteric-coated bromelain.
