I am so sorry i did not hear about this product earlier in my pregnancy!! I realised the tip is to eat it first thing in the morning before any food. Wait for a while before consuming any food. After a while, I’ll just get prompted naturally to go to the toilet! Amazing 👏. The pregnancy hormones really affected digestion and made it so much harder to digest food. I take this every morning to help with toileting and also improve digestion.
