This year I bought these vitamins for the second time. I'll explain why: at the age of 56, my long hair began to fall off. I have tried many remedies and even injections. There was some improvement, then the rash intensified again. I started looking for a way out and, on this site, I read a great review about these vitamins. I bought it and after two weeks of admission, the situation began to level out. Hair loss stopped, there was a long stable period of health. After a year and a half, the situation began to deteriorate and I bought THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT again.

Only after one month of taking those pills, I benefited a lot from it and noticed a change in the hair loss, I started losing less hair than before. I dont think that any of the ingredients affects my body in a bad way. I took another product before with high dosages of vitamins and it affected my skin, but not this one, so I think it's always better to start off with low dosages when going for vitamins. Very high quality product. Ordering my 2nd one now.

Halfway through my second bottle, and this stuff is made of MAGIC. I've tried other HSN supplements before but none of them compare to MegaFood. I decided to try this because my nails were painfully brittle. Within a week I noticed my hair was softer. Now, my nails are super strong and fast growing. My hair is also shinier and fuller (my baby bald spots have been filled, something no other HSN supplement has done before!), and my hair has never been this soft. I also like that although the pill is quite big, it is easy to swallow and doesn't taste bad. Will be repurchasing over and over again. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Have been taking this HSN vitamin for 4 months now ane i can see that my hair fall is slightly reduced and my hair looks thicker now. (Have been taking collagen (california gold) too. Don't know which one worked) I have never let my hair grow past shoulders due to thinning. Now I'm going to give a try and let it grow out :)

I first got this product because of my nails. After taking it for one month, I feel the beneficial effects in my nails, skin, and hair! It also doesn't give me strange feeling in my stomach after taking like some other vitamins do for me. (I have a sensitive stomach.)

I used to take the Megafood Womens one daily for years but decided to switch to this product. Will update review after taking for a few months as I have just recently started taking these.

Am seeing difference in my skin complexion and my hair & nails are improving, i like that it doesn’t leave an after taste too, beside that it’s beneficial i noticed that they really paid attention to keep the product preserved correctly.

Now it's my favorite hair vitamins. You have to wait a couple of months in order to see the result, but it works just great!
