My daughter, who's 13, has always had trouble falling asleep from a very young age, our doctor would not refer us to a paediatrician. I stumbled across these - thank goodness! She takes one before bedtime then 20 minutes later she's overcome with tiredness and falls asleep quickly. She stays asleep throughout the night. Only downside, she finds it hard to wake up, but once up and out of bed she feels ok. Great product, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
We started with one gummy (3mg) but she was still a bit sleepy the next day so we cut a gummy in half and tried that (1.5mg) - worked perfectly! Her eyes are heavy in about 30 minutes and she no longer has to lie awake trying desperately to sleep. She has no problems taking the gummies - really nice flavour and texture - she said it was just like a sweet. Far less stress in our house at bedtime now! Wish we had tried them for her sooner.
Due to a couple chronic medical conditions, I don't easily fall or stay asleep. I've tried many sleep aids and most don't help and if they do, they leave me with that groggy feeling part of the next day. So I was pleasantly surprised that these helped me significantly. I chew 2 about 30 minutes before I go to bed and find myself relaxed enough to fall asleep. They taste great and don't leave me in that next day fog. A very good product!
I'm loving this product! I'm sleeping so much better that I'm actually having dreams 😆 AND I'm sleeping through my partner's terrible snoring!! Highly recommend. I only need to take 1 each night so it lasts me longer, making it a great size bottle. 👌 They also taste great!
I bought these because my usual brand was unavailable but I am a total convert and will be buying them again. The potency is higher than I am used to so I have been taking a lower dosage with the same effect so therefore the size of the package will last me longer. The taste is much better too, I am often wary of strawberry flavour things as they can taste artificial to me but these taste very natural and not at all overpowering.
Brought these for my daughter who’s very hyperactive. I found these would help calm her before bed so she would go to sleep faster. They are a great dosage at 6mg of melatonin. The taste is great. The benefit is She doesn’t wake up drowsy. The tablet is a great size and the ingredients are top quality. Highly recommend.
I'm going through a stressful period of time, so much that I can feel my body wanting to sleep, but my mind is so full of anxiety it keeps the body awake, and we all know how tiring that feels. i dont know if it's the placebo effect or if it's really effecfive, but I have been popping 2 of these every night and able to fall asleep with ease. I dont know if there is a point of resistance but for the time being, it's fab. It works! making order for more

These are quite delicious and they work well even though the melatonin is lower. I do like the added calm ingredients and feel it’s reasonable quality. Would of liked a few more gummies (90 would of been a better size) as they don’t last that long between me And my husband.
