small black tablet with no taste and easy to swallow. i take enchinacea to calm my stomach and clear my jittery guts and mind, that feel hungry all day. in that i prefer natural bounty more. however this natural factors brands jas other ingredients and seems high quality. it cud have more in term of immune related. will try more.
