I saw Dr Dray on YT recommend this in one of her videos from a few years ago and she said it is very calming and relaxing and it tastes great. As someone who likes flavored water, I think this is a very good product. The cherry flavor tastes great, I’ll definitely repurchase this ones I run out.
I buy these regularly so I've tried a few flavors and I really like the cherry. It seems a little more flavorful than the typical citrus flavors for magnesium drinks. It helps me sleep deeper. The quality is always consistently good with this brand. I mix it with a little warm water until it stops fizzing and then fill the rest of the way with cold water.
I think it's one of my best purchases lately. My osteopath recommended this magnesium - I live in Ukraine and because of all the stress we're experiencing daily here, I had some issues with sleep. Great flavour, a really pleasant way to get magnesium and up your water intake at the same time. I started taking this initially for anxiety but I've found it significantly reduces muscle pain in my body - especially period pain and headaches. It also helps a lot with muscular pain the day after a tough workout. Totally indispensable in my life.
This supplement is high quality and as advertised. It has simple ingredients and the package is easy to use and recycle. The size is also good so that I don't have to buy it all the time. There is no after taste with this product. This has a good composition.
Calm Anti Stress Drink Mix helps to relax muscles after a long day of work with magnesium, which is a crucial ingredient that a lot of people don't get enough of now a days. It benefits in the way that it helps me relax at night before bed, and makes me sleep better as well. The taste however is not my favorite, as I prefer the original or the lemon raspberry.

I have been on this for years. Magnesium is so important to me. I think it helps your calcium to work also and takes the place of laxatives.
This tastes great and is easy to use. It is much cheaper here on Iherb than in the store. It does help calm the nerves too.
