I took turmeric with black pepper supplement to fight inflammation in my body, it helped a lot. Turmeric supplement is very beneficial specially with black pepper ingredient. It’s a great antioxidant and a good quality product. This brand is good value for money, so if you’d like to try you can start with it.
Great as a daily suppliment, but basically I use it as a booster for OTC NSAIDs for pain. It allows me to take a smaller dose with a bigger effect. I cannot be without this. Great for chronic joint pain and inflammation too. Before I used to take other turmeric suppliments hoping for these effects, but did not know that without black pepper in the ingredients, you can't get the full benefits of Turmeric. There is no bad taste when taking the capsules, they are easy to swallow. Also have seen digestive improvement since I started taking these. The packaging is cheerful and good quality.
The quality of these capsules are amazing, however within 3 days of taking them my skin became extremely itchy and red. I don't think it is the product itself I think it is a reaction of my own to one of the ingredients (though i know its not turmeric) which is disappointing as I do think these would be amazing long term and extremely beneficial.
Seems to be good so far, only been 3 days since i received the product. Hard to find softgels for Tumeric so was happy to chance upon this brand. Only downside is that it is not organic.
This stuff works really well for inflammation because it is highly bioavailable, meaning this particular version of turmeric is absorbed much better than other versions.
Since i started using this product my inflammation has decreased and reduced my pain from arthritis. I would highly recommend this product for anyone trying to reduce inflammation. Easy to swallow the gel capsules are small. My joints are improving & making life great.

Curcumin is well known for its anti inflammatory and anti oxidant action, the problem is that it is practically water insoluble. The addition of black pepper overcomes this problem in the body, what can be seen in the pee color, which turns dark yellow. I recommend to take it regularly especially to release the body of joint pain.
