I´m using this twice a day together with nettle root and vitamin b6 to help me with siymptoms of PCOS. I´ve been using for 2 months and so far it seems to be helping. I may have to adjust the dose, we´ll see how results progress. So far no undesirable side effects, and I see good effect on acne, oily skin and hair loss. More time is needed for best assessment. Ingredients in this supplement are good, with no unnecessary fillers.

I received the shipment almost boiling from the hot weather. It seems the driver kept it in the car while he was delivering other shipments since 8 am and deliver mine around 2:30 pm. It is clear from the box it is from iherb and contains supplements. The carrier should keep supplements in the branch so customer can pick it up from there. Almost $200 wasted. So didn't have a chance to try this product but I strongly believe Nature's way is one the best in the market.
