Easy to swallow low dose Nature's Plus Vitamin D3 400 IU tablets. I take vitamin D3 regularly to keep my D3 levels normal, as having a chronic lung disease reduces my vitamin D3 levels. Good quality.

Good small bottle. I like that it's only 400IU, not too high which I find most supplements to be. Personally wish the pills were more oval, but not too hard to swallow.
