I use castor oil for almost everything 😅 and it never let me down. • Quality: very good, no complains • Ingredient: clean! Nothing suspicious: castor oil (650mg) + Fennel oil (10mg). • Size: bigger than average, compared to probiotics, but less than omega 3 supplements. Don’t take more than 1 in the beginning! • Dosage: 1 is enough for digestion, as a laxative • Benefit: less constipation and also I use it topical on swollen bruise or any skin damage. Also great for hair growth. I pinch the caplet with a needle and apply the oil on my lashes and eyebrows in a thin coat, before bed. • Taste: none
Gets the job done. No need to go into detail about how it works. Gentle, best if you take with a LOT of water. For me it works overnight, your mileage will vary. The pills are a little big but I suppose that’s the nature of the product. It seems high quality with pure ingredients. It’s a good price for the size and when I run out I will definitely purchase again.

Very useful oil for constipation, I use this ingredient on several patients. The taste in natura is strong, in capsules the dosage can be up to 10 capsules preferably at night and according to the consistency of the stools, reduce the amount, until you make a sausage pattern, whole and consistent. Maintaining the quantity that brings benefit and quality of feces.
I found this is rare ingestion with castor oil ingredient. it is gentle yet powerful inside the body only just after one dosage. I also tried using it on skin. this works powerfully to inflammation. tried on eye of my son, redness is gone but swallen is still . I will see one more day to go. this is so benefit ial to our family.
Have only been taking these for couple weeks. I have IBS-C and can't find a product that really works. (Tried everything from Lactulose to bisacodyl, etc. Can't use fiber products due to sibo and IBS-c, complications) just upped my dosage to two capsules every morning and finally can feel it working a bit. Hopefully it helps the longer i take these.
since i quit with smoking i had really horrible problems with digestion. castor oil is perfect ingredient that helps, and quality is unbeatable. size for price is perfect, and it has got no taste at all. i found it really helpful, especially when i am taking it in evening with a lot of water. perfect dosage is one pill.
Just received this product, so I will have to wait and see how well it works for me. I'm putting some of them in the freezer, for two weeks minimum. I've read that people are having very good success taking them frozen solid, for eliminating parasites further down the digestive tract.
Very helpful if you ever tend towards constipation. I find it quite gentle and the capsules aren't oily on the outside which is great. I take 2 at night if I didn't have a bowel movement that day. My toddler was constipated and I gave him one at night (promised him an mnm if he swallowed it and he did no problem!) and his bowels were easy the next day. Often if he doesn't poop for a day the next day it's painful, but not this time! Yay!
