Very good, soft complex for cleansing the body. During the reception, there were no problems with the gastrointestinal tract or with well-being. Combining with proper nutrition and physical activity, I began not only to feel better, but also changed outwardly. The ingredients are amazing as always. One of the best and time tested. I typically look for a cleanse that doesn't require taking too many capsules with confusing instructions in order to get the full impact of what it can do for your body and system. I loved the lineup of ingredients for both the AM and PM capsules and it is a super easy regiment. The price is very good for what you get. I am on day 9 of 15 and am barely feeling the "detox," aspect of cleansing. Headaches, some gassiness, and bloat that comes and goes. Nothing too extreme though so that is nice. No cramping or violent flu-like symptoms that can sometimes be present with cleansing. I am eating as clean as I can e.g., minimal to no sugar or processed foods, no alcohol, little to no caffeine, and light on the dairy (no eggs, milk or creams) but I can't resist a piece of cheese here or there. This kit is a great option if you need to do a quick re-boot. Highly recommend.
My concern was mainly digestive issues so I was looking for a gentle supplement to complement my detox diet. The ingredients are a good composition of detoxifying herbs but also they are not causing you to run to the toilet all day. It's great quality product, I can already see the improvement in my BMs.
