Quality seems good, after taking a capsule i feel calmer, less anxious and more sharp for hours. the only concern is the possible liver toxicity which can be controlled with regular blood work (every three months).
This kaba is very good at relieving anxiety and also giving energy at the same time. For me it’s more suitable for day time use as it doesn’t help me with sleep. It has added the added ingredient of Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) so if you only want pure Kava be aware. The product is good quality and arrived quickly. Always excellent service from iHerb.

Dave Asprey had a podcast about kava. He mentioned it has alcohol type effects. Which is interesting. I got it for sleep though. Wink wink. Did read in other place that it could be harmful for liver but I’m not sure if this is the case. Giving it a try.
I have been taking Kava Kava for years with no side effects or liver problems. It is also the only herbal supplement that I can take which helps my anxiety including separation anxiety. My GP would rather have me taking diazepam or similar which make me feel like a zombie which I do not like. Kava helps me to feel somewhat normal and awake so I can get on with my day and do my work. I highly recommend these supplements to everyone.

This is just awesome, I can take a late coffee now and with Kava can still feel asleep , also great help against tension in chest / emotional tension, it´s like going to sauna, can help relax, taste is not good, but it come in capsule
