At first, I bought this for my mother's brain health. I'm not sure if it's only placebo effect or not, but my mom says that she feels that her memory actually got better. So, I bought it for myself, too. I think I benefit for sleep (don't know why). I wish they have a large package size (like 240 capsules or even more).
