Been taking Red Yeast supplements to lower LDL cholesterol level. After Covid recovery, wanted to improve lung health. Great to find an all in one option Pills are on the big size if swallowing pills is an issue with one. (see pic, pill is dark red on the left) But okay with me cos personally prefers this over taking multiple pills.

The softgels are big, but my husband can handle them. He has high cholesterol and the doctor recommended omega-3 fish oil and red yeast rice. This product has it all in one. We will check his cholesterol in a few months but we are really hopeful it's working well.

Statin have a muscle side effect. This product contains also Q10 that would help to avoid joints and muscles pain. These are a little bit more expensive, but one's health has no price. I bought this for my mother who has heart disease and high cholesterol. She takes one every other day as food supplement. After a month, her doctor said her cholesterol level, blood pressure and heart function are all in good index. I am not sure if it is because of this tablet but I will ask her to keep taking it regularly.

My good cholesterol increases with intake of red yeast with CoQ10, my previous purchase, but this is the first time I try with Red Omega, I hope it works as well as the above, I also recommend my sister to try

big tablets !! not for everyone i will check my cholestorol level again in 1 month , for now i will continue use cq10 was recommended to my by my doctor as extra addition with red yeast rice as this doubles effect of lowering cholestorol so thats the reason i bought this one now foods is a company i use more items
