This sheet mask has a nice texture and is easy to apply. It left my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated, but I did not notice any significant changes in my skin's appearance.

nice quality with really good and no artificial scent I think its suitable for all ages, depends of your skin type. package, or size are huge and I keep rest of serum in fridge for next day. it moisturize really good and was gentle on my sensitive skin
I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
