Quality and ingredients are great. I can feel the benefit in an hour or two. Size of capsule is average. I am pretty sure the package is sterilized, i mean it smells like it so thats good. I feel no increase in energy but it really calms my anxiety. There isnt much taste except for the capsule, it tastes like plastic.
