Nutricost is a new brand for me, the quality of which has already proven itself very well: I bought and tried several supplements from the brand and was satisfied. I didn’t need lysine for training, or for muscle or protein energy. And not even for a diet. And exclusively for the impact on the herpes virus, which has recently become more active and literally haunted me. Lysine, as I read, is consumed very, very intensively in our body, so from the very beginning I take large packages and use it, increasing the dose until a positive effect appears (and it appeared at a dose of 2 capsules 4 times a day). The capsules are fairly large in size and have a neutral taste. Ingredients: amino acid lysine. The ingredients are standard, the benefits are obvious. The fact is that, seeing the ineffectiveness of the antiviral drug, I thought about the fact that most likely there is some kind of deficiency in the body, without replenishing which I am not moving forward in the treatment of herpes. And, by replenishing the lysine deficiency, I achieved the healing of hermetic ulcers on my lip and under my nose, which tormented me throughout December.
