Quality / Value: The quality and value of Gold Standard Whey (regardless of flavor) is consistently very good in my experience: generally good nutritional profile, mixes well, and easy on the stomach. So if you are new to ON Gold Standard in general, it's an overall good product – just keep in mind that everyone's personal experience and expectations will vary. Taste: The Chocolate Mint flavor is good in my opinion, but it's pretty subtle. I find that you can taste the chocolate mint flavor more when mixed with milk. When mixed with water, it's much more of a chocolate taste to me. So, if I'm craving the actual chocolate mint flavor, I'll go with milk. But if I just want to use water, I use a pretty small amount of water and the taste is still fine but definitely pretty light.
