This product is good enough to be recommended. Previously I used mostly similar one BCAA from Optimum nutrition. The main diferenses between them: SierraFit has finer powder and strange spoon, powder always wakes up out of it. Overral impact to my body is the same. as a short: good product, good quality
I chose BCAA without taste, as the tastes quickly get bored, and this one can be drunk for a long time. It doesn't taste bad, I like it. BCAA manufacturer "Sierra Fit" - of high quality, with regular use, strength indicators increase and the recovery process after training occurs faster. I take before or during fitness classes.
I've been a fan of of this quality collagen powder, it's affordable and delivers what it says it does. It's great for my diet and I like that the ingredient's list is pretty clean. I like that it does not taste funny, and I feel the benefits of taking this regularly.
As long as you mix with a flavored drink the taste is tolerable. The container could have been designed a little better though. It is tall so the scoop is long and a bit difficult to put back into the container each time. You have to put the handle side in first each time. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.
Sierra Fit, Instantized BCAA Powder, is an excellent product. I use it as a pre workout, along with caffeine. Gives enough energy for 90 minutes of training. The taste is bad, like all bcaa's, but that doesn't bother me. The packaging is big and lasts a long time. Good cost-benefit.

I think this is quality BCAA product. I try it, and I'm satisfied with ingredients. Taste is not so bad and I'm using it with others drink or sometimes with flavour. Excellent for recovery after fitness workout, and for losing my weight. Size of package is good. I'm thinking I will continue to using and buying this product.
It does what you'd expect from something marketed as an Instantized BCAA powder in terms of quality. I've docked it one star because the long plastic spoon inside the container catches powder underneath the handle, and whenever you try to put it into a shaker, you invariably end up dropping some of the powder on the bench, which is not only wasteful and predictable, but annoying to clean.
