I bought them to up my nursing supply and used them in a lactation cookie recipe. It definitely worked. I like the taste of this supplement in my opinion it improves the flavor of cookies. This is definitely a nice ingredient and good for your health when you’re breastfeeding.
I searched for true Brewers Yeast and finally found it with this brand! I appreciate that it shows all the supplement facts. Most I found didn’t show the % of Niacin. I purchase this for our ducks as they need extra Niacin in their feed and no other brand showed it. Many brands call theirs Brewers when it’s actually Nutritional Yeast which is totally different! I know this is a trusted brand. iHerb has a great price on it and fast shipping! Thankful that is will help keeps my ducks healthy!
I have used brewer's yeast daily for decades. Every now and then, given changes in availability and price, I change brands. This is my most recent one, since others have increased price or become unavailable. I trust the Solgar brand to be good quality, and this brewer's yeast has mild flavor and good nutrients. For those put off by the taste, it goes down pretty well mixed with orange juice.

Good quality, comfortable package, good taste. I got it instead of buying amino acid complex for improving my health. I make a bouillon from it with herbs, it feels nourishing. Good superfood.
I use this as diet supplement and I mix it with my protein shakes every now and then. Its easy to dissolve but it has a slight salty and nutty taste and may not go well with certain drinks or flavours of protein powder. I don't notice any health differences after taking it so maybe I won't be getting it again.
