I take one or two pills per day with other B-vitamins and my energy level is way way up. The pills are just little guys and I empty them into warm water with Niacin, Folic Acid and a few other goodies...I've barely gotten the sniffles through the worst waves of Covid in Japan, I would like to think that this stuff has been a big reason my immune system has been so resilient.
