We add about 1 tablespoon of these berries to salads and breakfast dishes. They add some zing to the dishes. The berries do contain a lot of added sugar, which drowns out the natural fruit flavor and we mostly taste sugar and tartness. According to the nutritional label, there is as much added sugar as there is natural sugar from the fruit. Normally, dried fruit does not need added sugar since drying the fruit concentrates the natural sugar.

These blueberries are plump, moist, and delicious! We eat them plain as they are, or added to yogurt or cereal. They are a great addition to the pantry as they provide extra nutrition to any meal or an added healthy side to a snack. We even add them as a topping for salad with chopped nuts. Fantastic as far as dried fruits go! Simply delicious!

This is a big pack and I can only finish it in almost a half year. The taste is good just like other dried berries. This is not perfect as it includes added sugar. However, I chose this one because I only want blueberries not mixed berries. The level of sunflower oil is moderate and not bother me and saturated fat is 0gram. However, it doesn't taste better than frozen berries, not to say fresh ones. I buy this as I want to eat it as snack when I am out for work and travel. I prefer frozen berries as price is cheaper and more delicious.

This came in a value-for-money size/package. It wasn't too sweet or dry - a convenient and cost-effective way to add blueberries to your diet without having to worry about them going bad in the fridge. The 397 g package is often out of stock on iHerb, unfortunately.

I loved these sweet blueberries, nothing tart about them because of the added sugar. They were easy to munch them straight from the packet but I could add some to a bowl of mixed nuts, decorate a cake/dessert or add to cheese board. Very tasty and sweet and handy to have for camping snacks.

I love these blueberries in oatmeal or other cereals! They are so tasty and are just the right amount of sweet! Sometimes I will pop a handful into a bowl and eat them by themselves knowing that I am having a snack that is good for my health! Blueberries are full of antioxidants and these are much tastier than taking a vitamin!

The quality feels really good and the size of the package is medium - bigger than what it seems on the site image. taste feels fresh and the ingredients seem to be of good quality. I try to include it in my diet whenever I can, and it's a good product overall.

Prior to a mission, RAF pilots would consume the jam because they felt it improved their night vision. They were probably unaware that they were at the same time imbibing a generous supply of the antioxidant Bilberry which is specific to the Retina of the eye, Preservative free, fresh off the vine, can be eaten alone or included in a compote. I like to match them with Cantaloupe. From my own experience, I feel they help to remove the Floaters that occurred after eye surgery. A very economical way to avoid the expensive cost of drugs.
