It does work. Even that I took half - one in the morning and evnining. I do have high energy, and my crave for sweets is low. I do recommend, start with small dosage and find yours by fine tuning. I did get the benefit I was looking for. Becuase the size I do recomment to start with two. I bought only one and got stack without for a week or so, Waiting for the other bottle to arrives. High quality, however I think they could put more pills in a bottle.
