I purchased this looking for a product like I used to use that was great for curbing my appetite. The previous product included Garcinia Cambogia. I found by taking this product alone, it did not effectively work to control my hunger as much I would have liked. I would say if anything maybe for 1-2 hours which is probably what would happen if I took nothing.
