I thought it wasn’t working, but turns out is does! Slow and steady. Everyday I take it on empty stomach, my belly is very lean, I barely have any digestive issue. So happy with this product

I have seen the benefit with my digestion and seems the absorption into my guts has improved the microbiome (although difficult to prove without scientific tests, I think I can feel it. No issues with constipation, taste and it looks good quality ingredients supplement. Just would love the size would include more tablets for the money.
Excellent product! Very high quality at an affordable price! I like this probiotic more than others I used because 1) it includes 16 strains, 2) it's the only probiotic I used that caused noticeable changes (for the better!) in regards to regularity, and 3) it is not expensive to purchase
I've tried a lot of probiotics to help with my gas and bloating after I eat, especially certain foods, such as onions and beans. I've had mixed results. Generally I've looked for products with really high CFUs, like 30 to 60 billion, and capsules that carry them safely to the digestive track (past the stomach acid). I honestly only tried this one because it was on sale and cheap and had a lot of different strains (plus good reviews). I didn't expect a lot from it due to the very low CFUs, but it really, really helped me. For a number of months after using it, my stomach felt mostly normal for the first time in 20 years. I had no abnormal gas or bloating. If it was due to the probiotic, which I believe it was, then it must be due to one of more of the strains that are included in this one, but not in the others that I have tried, even though those had more CFUs. Unfortunately, my problems have started to come back, so I just ordered another bottle and hopefully I will get the same results. I've had good luck with Swanson products, and their prices are reasonable, so you are not risking much to try this product. I do wish the table count was higher, but your paying less, so I guess that works out. Definitely one to try, if you have tried other probiotics and not gotten the result you were hoping for.
I trust this brend and I believe the product is of good quality. I often buy it and I will continue to buy it. I am very satisfied.
Very fair price for probiotics. I will order these again when I'm out. They have a decent number of CFU's and help to keep me regular.
Family and even our dog take this supplement daily. Capsules open and powder pours out easily to mix in food or drink. We've seen good benefit regulating digestion. Will buy again!
I used to use this probiotic before I got oregnant because I had many different infections and along other suppliments it really helped me. Now that my boy is 2,5 years old I continue to use it and helps my flora.
We have used this probiotic in the past and re-ordered it. It seems to be absorbed well and helps our digestion. The veggie caps are easy to take and we like the simple packaging. We will be ordering it again.
