I believe that toxins from our gastrointestinal tract can cause a variety of health problems, such as arthritis and high blood pressure. I believe that colon cleansing improves health by removing toxins, boosting my energy and enhancing my immune system. I have IBS-C and this product keeps me regular. This product, along with a magnesium supplement, has allowed me to get off of the nasty IBS drugs that I thought I would be a lifelong slave to. I work in healthcare so I understand the need for Western interventions - but I am also very aware that many medications create other problems. Might be worth a try!
I love this product! I have been taking it for years. It’s never be harsh on me, it’s natural and it works! I know not every product is for everyone, but it works for me. I think it’s all in the dosage and how much water you drink with it. In my opinion, always start with one pill, til you find what works best for you.
Super Cleanse definitely is quality herbal medicine, it works like a charm! It doesn’t give you the runs, also doesn’t give you cramps. I started out with timing between taking one tablet when I go to the bathroom. So I basically know how long it takes for it to take affect. Most days I only need one tablet. However, I think every person should experiment their own dosage and timing.
I’ve been using for YEARS! Due to some Medications i use regularly i really rely on this formula! Sometimes you have to play with the dosage to find what’s the right dosage. (& i’ve found even that can change) I found it’s not a one size fits all unless your just using it for an occasional cleanse. I like the ingredients, lots of natural herbs & Natures Secret makes quality products (imo)
This is GREAT. First time trying it. I don't feel it at the first and second times in two different days. The third time I took it and it starts to work. I used to have constipation before but it helps a lot after taking it. I try not to rely on it so I'm taking it like twice a week.
This has been a staple for me for a while. Certainly helps to keep me regular. I probably use it several times a week to once a week. It's a nice insurance to keep things moving with no side effects or discomfort. One capsule is all I need. Great ingredients and fair price.
I first took 1 in the night. It didn't really work for me after two days. I increased to 2 tablets and I felt cleansed the next day. Yes, it does not give you tummy ache, just gradual feel that you need to go toilet. Then I tried 1 in the morning and 1 in the night, it did not work for me. So I am back to two in the night, the output is not as much. May need to perhaps adjust again. Anyway, I only go once a day, some days twice and it is usually lesser on the second time.
It does what it says! Super cleanse will not disappoint you and keep everything moving nicely. Careful with the dosage, don't overdo it, just wait a few days before you up the dosage. I took too much, as I was not patient enough and I had a strong headache as a result.

This is a terrific product to help clean out your colon and kick start any sluggishness or constipation. It is made with all natural herbs and prebiotics with no synthetic stimulants, so it is really gentle and easy on your system. I have been using this product for several years and it is great. The capsules are on the larger size, but still easy to swallow and not as large as some others. No bad after taste, but be sure to take with an adequate amount of water to get it down. I definitely recommend this product!
