Shipments arriving in India will be imposed with a 42.08% D&T (Duties and Taxes) due to the government's regulation. India Customs requires you to upload Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (Government recognized identity and address proofs) to obtain shipment clearance. Import clearance cannot start unless Consignees' KYC documents are uploaded by the consignee.
The types of documents acceptable for KYC:
For India citizens: Consignee's passport, Aadhar Card, PAN (Permanent Account Number) card, or Voter ID.
For foreign nationals residing in India: Consignee’s passport and Visa/PIO card.
The mobile phone number you will be using for your iHerb order will be used to access the Aramex KYC web portal.
All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight.
The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.
DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service is now available for shipments to your country. All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite Customs Clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.
Aramex: For shipping status, KYC, and Form 7 related inquiries regarding Aramex orders, please contact the Aramex Customer Service at +91 22 64803300 or email: [email protected]. Once an order is shipped, Aramex will send a link to upload KYC documents and Form 7 via SMS message. If no response is received or any invalid information is not corrected within 5 days, the order will be canceled and will be returned back to iHerb.
If your KYC is rejected, Aramex will send you a rejection message via SMS message with a follow-up instructions.
