Fra august 2018 bruger iHerb de uafhængige tredjepartslaboratorier ABC Testing, Eurofins og Alkemist til at teste produktet. Brug af et uafhængigt tredjepartslaboratorium garanterer, at resultaterne er objektive og upartiske.
iTested bekræfter, at oplysningerne i et produkts kosttilskudsfaktapanel og/eller næringsindholdspanel er korrekte. Produkterne testes også for at bekræfte clean label-standarder, såsom en mikrobiel analyse og en tungmetalanalyse.
